 THE DELUXE GROUP MERGES WITH LANG REALTY
Deluxe Realty Associates of the Palm Beaches, a boutique real estate brokerage offering concierge-style real estate services doing business as The Deluxe Group, has merged operations with Lang Realty, the dominant high-end real estate firm in Palm Beach County
Lang co-owner Scott Agran said Deluxe, owned by Dina Branham, was a strong fit with Lang's personalized services. She specializes in selling luxury properties from Boca Raton to Delray Beach for the past five years.
It was important to merge with a company that had the same ideals, high standards and customer service beliefs, she said. I selected Lang over large multinational or smaller boutique firms, because of its superior marketing and office support and the ability I now have to network with the best agents in the area.
Buying or selling a home is a big deal, no matter how experienced a client is. Their experience should be a pleasant one.
I see real estate as a service-oriented business, and want to give clients the same positive experiences and expectations as they would have in planning or taking a vacation or holiday. It should be enjoyable, exciting, relaxing and stress-free.
Dina moved to South Florida from Los Angeles five years ago to be closer to her family. Her background in finance and accounting for several entertainment companies, gave her great preparation for entry into real estate.

Dina is a Boca Raton home owner and has been coming to Florida year after year since she was a child. Her parents own a condo on A1A in Boca and her brother and his family reside on the west coast of Florida in Bradenton.
